About

Running a model efficiently relies primarily on making the right planning and design decisions. But once you know what results you need, and your models have been properly set up, there are many tools, tips, and tricks that can help you run them more efficiently. This webinar aims to share some of those from our own experience, and will cover a variety of subjects like: hidden factors that may be slowing down your runs, how to streamline your runs with simple scripting, selecting the best hardware for your runs, getting the most out of that hardware, and several other things avid model runners should know.

Whilst the presentation will cover a great variety of technical subjects, like Python, command line scripting, hardware configuration, cloud computing, you don't need to be familiar with any of these to get something out of this webinar. While some tips might require you to level up your skills, we'll try to answer any questions you may have and point you to further resources and tools.
