Evan O’Brien
Evan is an RPEQ-certified engineer with more than 20 years of experience in water resources design and civil site roles. He has worked on a wide range of projects including hydrological and hydraulic studies for water infrastructure projects, flood risk assessments, detailed drainage design for road, rail and airport projects, and site-based roles as the designer’s representative for civil construction and flood mitigation projects. Evan is skilled in the use of floodplain risk management tools including the industry-standard software packages for analysing the hydrology and hydraulics of surface water systems and is regularly called upon to provide technical and peer review services in this field.
