Evan O’Brien

Evan is an RPEQ-certified engineer with 17 years of experience in water resources design and civil site construction roles. He has worked on a wide range of projects including hydrological and hydraulic studies road, rail, airport and mining projects, and site-based roles as the designer’s representative for civil construction and flood mitigation projects. Evan is skilled in the use of a wide range of floodplain risk management tools including the industry-standard software packages for analysing the hydrology and hydraulics of surface water systems
