About

Getting back to nature. This webinar investigates the use of hydrodynamic models to help inform the feasibility, design, and performance of nature-based solutions for our rivers, floodplains and coastal environments.

A series of project case studies from around the globe will be used to demonstrate how eco-hydraulic data are used to assist erosion/pollution management, habitat rehabilitation/improvement, coastal estuary/river mouth restoration, and blue carbon initiatives such as mangrove and wetland enhancement projects.

An exciting and rapidly growing field of science and engineering, the webinar promises to be a great forum to learn more about the use of nature to improve the state of natural systems.
