Randall Cox

Randall is a hydrogeologist with extensive experience in groundwater management and water resources policy. Randall is the General Manager of the Office of Groundwater Impact Assessment (OGIA) in Queensland. OGIA assesses the cumulative impact of water extraction by coal seam gas operators on groundwater resources in the Surat Basin, develops integrated groundwater management arrangements and assigns implementation responsibilities to individual operators.
