Jeremy is a Director at Marsden Jacob Associates and one of Australia’s leading applied natural resource and environmental economists, specialising in water and the environment.  He has more than two decades of experience and has worked on environmental economic and natural resource matters across Australia, the US, and South-East Asia.

Jeremy is a founding Director of the Waterflow water market information platform. He has advised Commonwealth and State governments on water market and water reform issues including: the water market impacts of buybacks and infrastructure investment, Basin trade constraints management, implementing the Basin Compliance Compact, and the economic benefits of environmental flow releases.  He is currently the lead economic advisor to the Independent Panel assessing social and economic conditions in the Basin.
