Craig has been involved in international trade, branding and marketing for the majority of his career. Having arrived in South Australia 5 years ago, Craig noticed a lack of Australian products on the shelves of international supermarkets and set about creating a vertically integrated supply chain for suppliers of premium food and beverage products, enabling suppliers to compete more effectively on a global platform.

He believes international competitiveness is about developing connected and mutually reinforcing areas of high capability where extremely efficient supply chains exits side by side with top research and development capability, innovative financing, clear strategic vision and productive farms with the requisite scale, organisation, funding and skills. Craig holds a Bachelor of Business Science and National Diploma in Business Management.
