Dr Loch is a Senior Lecturer and ARC DECRA Fellow with the Centre for Global Food and Resources at the University of Adelaide in South Australia. Adam has direct experience in water use and agribusiness from managing his family farm in Queensland before moving to Adelaide in 2006, which has shaped his research interests in water economic instruments (e.g. markets and pricing), broader water reform and institutional change, water governance in the face of increasing scarcity pressures, and climate change adaptation.
