2026 marks the culmination of the MDBA’s Basin Plan Review process, a significant inflection point that will affect Basin management and communities over the coming decade. To prepare their submission to the Basin Plan Review, the One Basin CRC ran a six-month-long consultation process including workshops, online panel sessions, and direct consultation to collect advice and ideas from their 85+ partners. These insights have been synthesised into the CRC’s formal submission.

Join One Basin CRC’s CEO Prof. Mike Stewardson and other key CRC leaders and partners, to discuss what they have learned through this extensive consultation process with partners ranging across research, government, private industry, regional communities, and more. Speakers will outline the key recommendations in the CRC’s submission, and look toward the next era of Basin management
