Caroline Rosello
Dr Caroline Rosello is an impact researcher with One Basin CRC whose work focuses on adaptation, foresight and decision-making under uncertainty. She holds a Master of Integrated Water Management from Griffith University and a PhD on robust and adaptive water planning. Her research and engagement work explore how evidence, participatory processes and decision-support tools can help water managers, communities and institutions prepare for changing climate and water conditions. Before moving into water and environmental management, Caroline worked in molecular biology, genetics and entrepreneurship, experiences that continue to shape her systems thinking, curiosity and commitment to decision-making processes that better account for people, places and the environment.
