Yvette Colton

Yvette Colton is an independent water policy adviser with over 15 years’ experience working within and advising government on complex water reform. She leads Colton Consulting, supporting government and water sector organisations to translate technical complexity into clear, policy-ready and defensible policy outcomes. Yvette led development of the draft Water Banking White Paper for the One Basin CRC Water Banking project, which sets out clear use cases and value propositions for water banking aligned to system needs and current policy windows in the Murray–Darling Basin.
