About

This course examines the threats of extreme weather events, climatic variability and climate change to biophysical, social, economic and cultural conditions. It demonstrates the tools and techniques that can be used in adapting to climate variability and change, and it also examines the range of governmental, executive and social responses to the affect of climate change on livelihoods and lifestyles at the global, national, regional/provincial and personal level.
