Marti, a native of Goondiwindi, boasts deep roots in the region, having been born and raised there. Possessing a degree in Urban and Environmental Planning, Marti brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, particularly in the realms of Regenerative Agriculture and grains.

With a career spanning over two years at the Murray-Darling Basin Authority (MDBA), Marti serves as an integral member of the Engagement team stationed in the Goondiwindi office. In this role, Marti adeptly manages stakeholders within the Border Rivers region while also providing crucial support to engagement endeavors across the broader Northern Basin.

Looking ahead, Marti eagerly anticipates the continuation of collaboration with familiar stakeholders, aiming to contribute positively to the regions of the Basin through support for the CRC (Cooperative Research Centre) in its endeavors to foster impactful outcomes and opportunities.
