Kevin Wormington

Gaining his PhD at University of Queensland in Ecology and Environmental Science, Kevin is the Principal Ecologist at KRW Environmental. Kevin has 19 years of experience as an ecologist in Australia, and has been an independent consultant since 2014.  He has worked with compliance for Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Authorities for flora, fauna and freshwater ecological assessments within the mining, gas and infrastructure industries.  Kevin’s skills include policy compliance, flora, fauna and freshwater ecological surveys, policy compliance, fauna conservation and management, and leaf nutrient and soil associations, and monitoring industrial sites. At Central Queensland University Kevin teaches: Landscape Ecology and Management; Land Management and Rehabilitation; Living Systems and Terrestrial Botany.
