Karl Tarbet

Karl is a Senior Hydraulic Engineer within the Water Management Systems Division of the Hydrologic Engineering Center. He has a Bachelors and Masters from in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University. Karl is focussed on creating software for Scientists and Engineers so they can focus on their real work, instead of data and computer problems. He is an expert user of many programming languages and specialised in relational databases while earning Microsoft Certified Solution Developer Certificate.
