Gavin Hay

Gavin has over 19 years of experience in hydrology and hydraulic investigations. Gavin is a Principal Engineer at GHD. leading the Drainage and Flood Investigations Team within the Waterways and Stormwater Service Group. He guides and reviews a large range of work primarily associated with the investigation, modelling and design of drainage and flood mitigation schemes, drainage related planning overlays, design of hydraulic structures (utilising advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD capabilities), river and flood plain hydraulic studies (using one and two dimensional hydraulic models), development of waterway and stormwater management strategies, provision of expert witness services and software development.
