Eefje Aarndouse

Eefje Aarnoudse is an agricultural economist with a focus on water resources management in development contexts. For her PhD she conducted research on agricultural groundwater management in Northwest China. She is currently employed as research associate at the Center for international Development and Environmental Research at Giessen University, Germany. Her main research interest is on the role of local water use institutions in achieving sustainable agricultural development and food security.
