Clinton has a 20 year career in Australia leading talented diverse teams to deliver highly impact climate, weather and environmental projects for a wide range of public and private sector customers. As an example, the final project Clinton delivered for the Bureau of Meteorology before moving overseas was the framework for the $10M, 3 year Electricity Sector Climate Initiative (ESCI) project, to identify and mitigate the greatest risks from climate change to the Australian electricity grid out to the year 2050. Clinton spent nearly 16 years working for the Bureau of Meteorology. He has a keen interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental and Social Governance and enjoys assisting organisations along their journey to become more sustainable and resilient to climate change impacts.
