Brett Harris

Brett is a Professor and Exploration Geophysics Lead at Curtin University with expertise in areas including electromagnetics and hydrogeophysics. Brett has a comprehensive industry and research background focused on technologies for search, delineations and development of subsurface resources and is currently project lead for MinEx CRC Project 4 who are developing a range of new in-hole electromagnetic sensing devices.

Brett is leading research into distributed acoustic sensing and in-hole electromagnetic sensing on a range of challenges including the WaterSmart projects for the development of methods for efficiently locating fractured rock aquifers.
