Ashley is a Principal Project Officer (Hydrologist) with DNRM and has some 35 years’ experience undertaking groundwater investigations, assessment and management in many parts of Queensland. Ashley has most experience in alluvial aquifers including the Callide and Lockyer valleys, but has also had significant involvement with hard rock aquifers including the Great Artesian Basin and been involved in the development of water resource plans including the Moreton and Great Artesian Basin Water Resource plans. In recent years Ashley has been part of the Regional Hydrology team at DNRM primarily dealing with groundwater issues associated with mining across Queensland but particularly in Central Queensland.
