Joel Voortman | Digital Training Manager
Joel manages the Australian Water School (AWS) that provides online training and professional development to the global water industry. Throughout his 18 years in the water industry, Joel has managed the development, implementation, and delivery of digital training programs and initiatives within not-for-profit organisations, including the International Centre of Excellence in Water Resources Management (ICE WaRM) and the National Centre for Groundwater Research and Training (NCGRT) based at Flinders University. In his role as Digital Training Manager, Joel oversees all AWS online training courses, webinars and digital content. He brings to AWS a passion for working towards achieving best-practice learning outcomes for the global water industry.

Anushree brings valuable knowledge and expertise in designing and developing technical training programs through extensive experience in both the university and private sectors.

Renée supports the Australian Water School (AWS) through the coordination and delivery of its online training program, marketing and administration. With a strong background in the water industry through information management, stakeholder engagement and regulation, Renée brings a diverse range of skills and experience to the team.
