About

This webinar will look at:
• the water resource problem in the Wheatbelt and the potential of bedrock groundwater as a water resource
• the selection of 12 sites for methodology testing
• the exploration drilling and subsequent hydraulic testing of these sites
• the results and analysis from the exploration drilling and hydraulic characterization, including methodology refinement
• the current and future work being undertaken to further test and refine the methodology

While this webinar focuses on the WA case study, the concepts, exploration methods and lessons learned are highly relevant to water-scarce agricultural regions around the world seeking to unlock new groundwater resources.

This is part 2 of 3 of the Bedrock Groundwater in Western Australia series.
