Michael Gerlach

Mike Gerlach is a civil engineer specialising in the hydrology of arid and semi-arid lands, hydraulic analysis and design, and dam safety studies.  He is the primary author of drainage design manuals for multiple agencies in the southwestern United States which has included regular training for agency staff and consulting professionals.  Mike has more than 30 years of hydrologic modelling experience and has applied every version of HEC-HMS since it’s inception on projects ranging from local drainage issues to large scale watershed planning projects.
