Jonas van Schrojenstein Lantman

Educated at the Technical University of Twente (NL), Jonas is Product Manager of Nelen & Schuurmans Technology, which provides specialist software for the water sector. This software is used in over 30 countries worldwide. Users include water authorities and (international) consultancy firms. Large part of the developments is open source, and Nelen & Schuurmans is a proud sponsor of QGIS and several other open source project as GDAL.

Jonas has more than 15 years of experience with GIS and hydrodynamic modelling in projects and software development. His specialties include hydrodynamic modeling; urban water management and GIS. As Product Manager Jonas is responsible for the development of the products 3Di watermanagement (hydrodynamic simulations in the cloud) and Lizard (Data science and analytics platform).
