Iain Rea

Iain has 20 years of experience in surface water and pipeline design. After spending three years with the Water Corporation as a graduate, his focussed turned to the resource industry while working with Aquaterra where he delivered water solutions to mining clients across Australia and globally.

In 2012 he joined BHP Iron Ore as Superintendent Water Engineering with responsibility for overseeing planning, design and technical performance of all WAIO dewatering and surface water schemes.  He is focussed on providing practical solutions which find the right balance between maximising return on investment and achieving a quality environmental outcome.
