Evan Branosky
Evan is a nationally-recognized leader in water quality policy and management. As program manager at the National Association of Home Builders (U.S.), he analyzes and advises members on federal wetland policy including compensatory mitigation. He was also the initial manager of the Washington, DC Stormwater Retention Credit Trading Program, designed and analyzed nutrient trading programs at the World Resources Institute, and served as the first chairperson of the U.S. EPA Chesapeake Bay Program Trading and Offsets Workgroup. As a consultant, he led the metrics team for the first revolving water fund in the United States and advised surface water offset programs in California and Nevada.
