Matthew Mcpherson

Matthew is a Senior Hydraulic Engineer within the Water Management Systems Division of the Hydrologic Engineering Center, based in Davis, California. He graduated with a masters in civil engineering from Wayne State University in 1991 and has been with the Hydrologic Engineering Center since 1999 focussing on; hydrology and hydraulic technical studies, consequence software development and modeling, reservoir systems modeling, supervision, training oversight, Corps Water Management System and GIS data acquisition and handling.
