Lindsay Millard

Lindsay Millard is a Chartered Engineer with over 15 years of experience in Water Resource Engineering, holding qualifications from Engineers Australia and the Institution of Civil Engineers. As a Registered Professional Engineer in Queensland, Lindsay has led projects in flood risk assessment, bridge hydraulics, scour design, dam engineering, and flood emergency planning. He has contributed to significant engineering projects across the road, mining, rail, and civil infrastructure sectors, focusing on flood studies, stormwater drainage, and water resource planning.

Lindsay’s technical expertise includes using advanced modelling tools like TUFLOW, MIKE FLOOD, and GoldSIM, alongside software skills in Python, R, QGIS, and ArcGIS. His project management experience spans multiple countries, including the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Australia, where he has delivered comprehensive planning, feasibility studies, hydraulic analyses, flood risk assessments, and detailed engineering designs for a diverse range of clients.
