Julian Marchant
Julian’s career has focused on the intersection between the environment, agriculture and food supply chains. At Wine Australia, Julian works with growers, winemakers and retail wine buyers to ensure Australian wine continues to meet stringent environmental and social standards required by overseas wine buyers. With a project management background spanning natural resources management, carbon accounting and climate risk, Julian has worked across food supply chains to measure and reduce GHG emissions emanating acrooss Australian agriculture. In 2022, Julian led the development of the Australian Wine Sector Emissions Reduction Roadmap.
