Jason has over 20 years experience as a climate scientist. His expertise covers land-atmosphere interactions, the water cycle and regional climate change. He has published over 200 refereed scientific articles, was lead author of an IPCC report, holds leadership positions in World Climate Research Program elements, is editor of the Journal of Climate, and is a fellow of the Royal Society of NSW. Jason is a Professor at UNSW and continues to investigate how the climate system is changing, and how these changes are impacting various human and natural systems.
