Chris McAuley

Chris McAuley brings more than 30 years of experience in the water industry, specialising in water resource policy, planning and management, hydrogeology, catchment strategies and mine rehabilitation planning.  With a strong foundation in both technical practice and government regulation, Chris offers unique insight into how scientific, policy, and community considerations intersect.  He has spent much of his career working collaboratively across government agencies, industry partners, and community groups—translating complex geoscientific information into clear, accessible information that supports informed decision‑making.
