Ben is Leader at FeeZable Solutions, finding feasible solutions for the food-water-energy nexus. He is also enrolled as a PhD candidate at the Australian National University, undertaking research into critical factors that lead to the success or failure of water management programs, drawing on experiences from across the Murray-Darling Basin and developing nations. Ben recently moved on from a twelve-year career in the South Australian Government, most recently in the Department of Primary Industries and Regions SA (PIRSA), where he managed the $265 million South Australian River Murray Sustainability Program (SARMS), winner of the 2017 IPAA Prime Minister’s Gold Award for Excellence in Public Sector Management. From 2015-17, Ben also led the development of new Agribusiness initiatives in PIRSA.
